Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day:

• on which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, take possession of the goods, where you have ordered one or more goods as part of a single order and the goods are delivered together;
• on which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, take possession of the last goods, where you have ordered several goods as part of a single order and these goods are delivered separately;
• on which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, take possession of the last partial shipment or the last item, where you have ordered goods that are delivered in several partial shipments or in several parts.

of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement, for example, a letter sent by post or an email.

You may use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, although its use is not mandatory.

If possible, please inform us in advance of your return. This helps us identify and process your return more quickly. However, prior notification is not a requirement for the effective exercise of your right of withdrawal.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments that we have received from you, including the cost of the cheapest standard delivery offered by us, without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal from this contract.

This does not include any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us.

For the reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment as you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. In no event will you be charged any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you inform us of your withdrawal from this contract.

The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 14-day period has expired.

You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this loss in value results from handling the goods in a way that was not necessary to examine their nature, characteristics and functionality.

Exclusions and Reasons for Loss of the Right of Withdrawal

Sale items are often the last available pieces. We therefore appreciate it if you make your selection carefully. Every avoided return helps save packaging, transport and valuable resources.

Your statutory right of withdrawal remains unaffected, of course.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts:

• for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and for which an individual choice or decision by the consumer is essential for their production, or which are clearly personalised to the consumer's needs;
• for the supply of goods that are liable to deteriorate rapidly or whose expiry date would be quickly exceeded;
• for the supply of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene, if the seal has been removed after delivery.

Exchanges

In addition to your statutory right of withdrawal, we are happy to offer you the option of a voluntary exchange.

A voluntary exchange is independent of your statutory right of withdrawal and is subject to our applicable exchange terms and conditions.

An exchange is possible within 14 days of receiving the goods.

Please contact us in advance by email at hello@orangecherie.com so that we can arrange the exchange with you.

For hygiene reasons, baby carriers, baby wraps/slings, socks, underwear and swimwear that have already been worn or used may, in particular, be excluded from voluntary exchange.

Your statutory right of withdrawal remains unaffected.
