Payment and Shipping
The following conditions apply:
Delivery is currently available domestically (Germany-wide), to Austria, France, Belgium, the Netherlands, Spain, Great Britain, Switzerland and Italy.
Germany
Shipping costs (including VAT)
We charge a flat shipping fee of €4.90 per order up to 2kg in weight; heavier shipments are charged at €5.50 .
Higher shipping costs may apply for small furniture and bulky items.
For orders over 90.00 € we offer free shipping.
Austria
Shipping costs (including VAT)
We charge a flat shipping fee of €5.90 per order up to 1 kg in weight; heavier shipments are charged at €9.60 .
Higher shipping costs may apply for small furniture and bulky items.
For orders over 190.00 € we offer free shipping.
France, Spain, Netherlands & Italy Shipping costs (including VAT) We charge a flat shipping fee of €9.60 per order up to 2kg, heavier shipments are charged at €15.00.
For orders over 190.00 € we deliver free of charge, except
Small furniture and bulky items (higher shipping costs may apply).

Packaging
We carefully assemble, pack and ship each individual package. For sustainability reasons, we also use previously used boxes, packaging material and shipping bags. Recycling the materials helps to reduce our ecological footprint and does not represent a defect in the products delivered. If you do not accept recycled shipping materials, please send us an email or give us a quick call. Thank you for your help.
shipping service providers
As standard, we ship our goods with DHL go green . However, we reserve the right to use other transport companies in the case of special sizes, shipping difficulties, etc.
delivery times
Unless otherwise specified in the respective offer, delivery of the goods within Germany will take place within 3 - 5 days after conclusion of the contract.
Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in one shipment unless we have made different arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time depends on the item with the latest delivery date for the respective order.
If you pick up the goods yourself, we will inform you by email about the availability of the goods and the collection options. In this case, no shipping costs will be charged.
