The following terms and conditions apply.

Shipping Costs and Delivery Areas

Germany

Shipping costs (including statutory VAT)
We charge a flat shipping rate of €4.90 per order for parcels up to 2 kg. Heavier shipments are charged €5.50.

Higher shipping costs may apply for small furniture items and bulky goods.

For orders with a value of €90.00 or more, shipping within Germany is free of charge.

Austria

Shipping costs (including statutory VAT)
We charge a flat shipping rate of €5.90 per order for parcels up to 1 kg. Heavier shipments are charged €9.60.

Higher shipping costs may apply for small furniture items and bulky goods.

For orders with a value of €190.00 or more, shipping is free of charge.

France, United Kingdom, Netherlands, Belgium, Spain, Italy, etc.

Shipping costs (including statutory VAT)
We charge a flat shipping rate of €9.60 per order for parcels up to 2 kg. Heavier shipments are charged €15.00.

For orders with a value of €190.00 or more, shipping is free of charge,
excluding small furniture items and bulky goods, for which higher shipping costs may apply.

Shipping to Other Countries

If you live in a country not listed above and would like to place an order with OrangeCherie, please contact us by email.

Packaging

Each package is carefully prepared, packed, and shipped by hand.

For sustainability reasons, we also use recycled boxes, packaging materials, and shipping bags whenever possible. Reusing materials helps reduce our ecological footprint and does not constitute a defect of the delivered goods.

If you do not wish to receive your order in reused packaging materials, please let us know by email or phone before placing your order.

Shipping Service Providers

As a standard, we ship our goods using DHL GoGreen.
However, we reserve the right to use alternative shipping providers in cases of special parcel sizes, shipping difficulties, or other logistical requirements.

Delivery Times

Unless otherwise stated in the respective product description, delivery within Germany takes place within 3–5 business days after conclusion of the contract.

Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays or public holidays.

If your order contains items with different delivery times, the goods will be shipped in one combined shipment, unless otherwise agreed. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time.

Local Pickup

If you choose local pickup, we will inform you by email as soon as the goods are ready for collection and provide pickup details.
In this case, no shipping costs will be charged.

Payment Methods

The following payment options are available:

  • EC card payment (local pickup only)

  • Cash payment (local pickup only)

  • PayPal

  • Credit card

  • Bank transfer (advance payment)
