The conditions apply as follows:
Delivery currently takes place domestically (throughout Germany), to Austria, France and Italy.
Germany
Shipping costs (including VAT)
We charge a flat rate of €4.50 for shipping per order weighing up to 2kg; heavier shipments are charged €5.50 .
Higher shipping costs may apply for small furniture and bulky items.
We deliver free shipping for orders over €90.00.
Austria
Shipping costs (including VAT)
We charge a flat rate of €5.90 for shipping per order weighing up to 1 kg; heavier shipments are charged €9.60 .
Higher shipping costs may apply for small furniture and bulky items.
We deliver free shipping for orders over €190.00.
France & Italy shipping costs (including VAT) We charge a flat rate of €9.60 shipping costs per order weighing up to 2kg, heavier shipments are charged €15.00.
We deliver free shipping for orders over €190.00, except
Small furniture and bulky goods (higher shipping costs may apply here).

Packaging
Every single package is lovingly put together, packaged and shipped by us. For reasons of sustainability, we also use previously used cardboard boxes, packaging material and shipping bags. Recycling the materials serves to reduce our ecological footprint and does not represent a defect in the products delivered. If you do not accept recycled shipping materials, please write us an email or call us. Thank you for your help.
Shipping service provider
As standard, we ship our goods with DHL go green . However, we reserve the right to use other transport companies in the event of special sizes, shipping difficulties, etc.
Delivery times
Unless a different deadline is specified in the respective offer, the goods will be delivered within Germany (Germany) within 3 - 5 days after conclusion of the contract.
Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in one shipment, unless we have made different agreements with you. In this case, the delivery time depends on the item with the latest delivery time of the respective order.
If you collect the goods yourself, we will inform you by email about the availability of the goods and the collection options. In this case, no shipping costs will be charged.
