The following shipping and payment terms apply:

Shipping costs (including statutory VAT)

We charge a flat shipping fee of €4.90 per order for parcels weighing up to 2 kg. Parcels weighing more than 2 kg are charged at €5.90.

Higher shipping costs may apply to small furniture, bulky goods or other oversized items.

Free shipping on orders over €90.00.

OrangeCherie는 독일에서 운영되는 유럽 패밀리 콘셉트 스토어로, 현재 일부 국가로만 직접 배송하고 있습니다.

한국에서 주문하시는 경우 **배송대행 서비스(배대지)**를 이용하시면 OrangeCherie의 상품을 보다 편리하게 받아보실 수 있습니다.

배송대행 서비스는 독일 내 배송 주소를 제공하고, 해당 주소로 상품을 배송한 후 한국까지 다시 국제 배송해 주는 방식입니다. 여러 유럽 쇼핑몰에서 구매한 상품을 한 곳에 모아 한 번에 배송할 수 있는 서비스도 있습니다.

주문 전 이용하시려는 배송대행 업체의 한국 배송 가능 여부, 배송비, 통관 및 관·부가세 관련 조건을 꼭 확인해 주세요.

OrangeCherie 주문 시 배송대행 업체에서 제공한 독일 배송 주소를 배송지로 입력해 주세요. 상품은 독일 내 배송지까지 먼저 배송되며, 이후 배송대행 업체를 통해 한국으로 발송됩니다.

Shipping to Korea or other countries not listed at checkout?

OrangeCherie is a Germany-based European family concept store and currently ships directly to selected countries.

If we do not currently offer direct shipping to your country, you may still be able to order through an international package forwarding service.

These services provide you with a local shipping address in Germany. Your OrangeCherie order is first delivered to this address and then forwarded internationally to you. Some services can also consolidate several parcels from different European shops into one shipment, which may help reduce international shipping costs.

Before placing your order, please check with your chosen forwarding provider regarding availability, shipping rates, customs clearance, import duties and taxes for your country.

How it works

1. Choose a package forwarding service that ships from Germany to your country.

2. Use the German delivery address provided by the service when placing your OrangeCherie order.

3. Your order will be delivered to the forwarding warehouse in Germany.

4. The forwarding service then ships your parcel internationally to you.

Please note: OrangeCherie is not affiliated with or responsible for third-party forwarding services. Any forwarding, customs clearance, duties, taxes or additional charges are handled directly between you and your chosen provider.

Packaging

Each parcel is carefully prepared, packed and shipped by me personally.

As part of our commitment to sustainability, I also reuse cardboard boxes, packaging materials and shipping bags whenever possible. Reusing these materials helps reduce our environmental footprint and does not constitute a defect or deficiency in the products delivered.

If you prefer not to receive reused packaging materials, please let me know by email or give me a quick call.

Shipping Carrier

We generally ship orders with DHL GoGreen.

However, we reserve the right to use alternative carriers in cases involving oversized items, shipping difficulties or other special circumstances.

Delivery Times

Unless otherwise stated in the respective product listing, orders within Germany are delivered within 3–5 days after conclusion of the contract.

Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays or public holidays.

If you order items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods together in one shipment unless we have agreed otherwise with you. In this case, the delivery time will be determined by the item with the latest delivery date included in your order.

Local Collection

If you choose local collection, we will inform you by email when your order is ready and provide you with the available collection options.

No shipping costs will be charged for local collection.
