Thermal flasks retain heat best when they are first rinsed with boiling water, allowed to warm up and then the water is poured off again. Food such as soups and snacks are packaged in an environmentally friendly and healthy way and stay warm for a long time. Keeps hot for up to 6 hours and cold for up to 12 hours.
